How long does a CCTV installation take?
A standard home or small office setup (4–8 cameras) typically takes one full day. Larger or more complex installations may take two days. We'll give you a clear timeline in your written quote.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours support?
Contract clients get priority response, including after-hours support via WhatsApp. For non-contract clients, we do our best to respond quickly — reach us on WhatsApp for the fastest reply.
Can you work with my existing equipment?
Yes. We'll assess what you have, tell you honestly what's worth keeping, and only recommend replacements when necessary. We work with all major brands.
How does domain registration work?
You tell us the domain name you want, we check availability, register it under your name, configure DNS, and set up email routing if needed. Renewal reminders and management are handled by us so nothing expires unexpectedly.
